    If you're placed in a temporary or contract role through us, you'll typically be paid directly by our agency on a weekly or fortnightly basis. For permanent roles, you'll be paid directly by the employer.
  • How do you ensure safe working conditions?
    We take the safety of our workers very seriously. We only partner with businesses that meet stringent health and safety requirements and we regularly monitor our partner sites for compliance.
  • Can I turn down a job that doesn't suit me?
    Absolutely. While we aim to match you with roles suited to your skills and preferences, you always have the choice to decline a job offer if it doesn't align with your needs.
  • What should I do if I encounter a problem on the job?
    If you face any issues during your assignment, our team is here to provide support. Contact us immediately so we can help address and resolve the situation.
  • Do you provide training and development opportunities?
    Yes, we offer various training and development opportunities depending on the role and industry. This could include safety inductions, job-specific training, or professional development courses. Discuss your interest in these opportunities with your recruiter during your consultation.
  • What industries do you serve?
    We serve a wide array of industries, including but not limited to, construction, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, healthcare, IT, and hospitality. We're continuously expanding our reach, so if you don't see your industry listed, please get in touch with us for more details.
  • How can I register with your agency?
    You can register by clicking the "Register Now" button on our website. This will prompt you to enter your personal information and upload your resume. After submission, a member of our recruitment team will contact you to discuss your qualifications and job preferences.
  • How quickly can you provide workers?
    We can often provide workers on short notice, sometimes within 24 hours. The exact timeline depends on your specific needs, the nature of the work, and our current pool of available workers.
  • How do you ensure the quality of your workers?
    We have a rigorous recruitment and selection process that includes skills assessments, reference checks, and in some cases, drug and alcohol testing. We also provide relevant training to our workers to ensure they meet industry standards.
  • What happens if a worker doesn't fit our requirements?
    If a worker doesn't meet your expectations, please inform us as soon as possible. We will work to replace the worker and reassess your needs to ensure a better fit next time.
